You chose FedEx Shipping: Your package is insured with FedEx up to $100 so if it's lost, it is covered by FedEx insurance up to $100. HOWEVER If the tracking information on the FedEx website shows "Delivered" and you have NOT received your package, please contact your local FedEx at 1-800 GOFEDEX and send us an email letting us know that your package is not in your possession. If after speaking with FedEx and your local delivery driver, your package has not been located please let us know. In addition, you may still be eligible for "buyers protection" with your credit card company or PayPal. We will gladly assist you in filing a claim with them and can provide label and tacking information.
You chose USPS: Your package is NOT insured (USPS will not insure semi-precious gemstones) though we do offer signature confirmation on all packages over $200 for additional security (you can chose to waive the signature confirmation). Please note USPS does NOT guarantee delivery in a specific time frame, though the normal delivery time is 2 -3 business days for Priority, and 2-10 days for First Class. We will give Priority packages 10 business days (15 business days for First Class) to arrive before we put a trace on it through the USPS. If your package shows "Delivered" on the USPS website and you have not received it, please contact your local Post Office to locate your package and let us know that you have not received it.
